Question: What can I do with my avatar (portrait)?

Basically, you can use them freely.
However, we may stop you from using them if we deem them to be malicious, or if they correspond to some cases of commercial use.
If we deem it to be malicious, or if it falls under some cases of commercial use, or if we judge that you should not use it, we may stop you from using it.

Question: Can I use your products for commercial purposes?

This is only possible in some cases.
However, it is not possible to sell digital data or issue NFTs.
Please look for details about other applications within this page.

Question: Can I use it as an icon or header for SNS, YouTube, blogs, etc.?

No problem. You can process, add, trim, etc.

Question: Can I sell my work on Coconara, SKIMA, Lancers, etc.?

Please do not use the data you have created to get a job.

Question: Can I make an avatar (portrait) on behalf of someone else?

Basically, there is no problem, but selling or getting compensation for your work is prohibited.
It is also prohibited to make avatars in conjunction with other products or services.

Question: Can I use my work for derivative works?

Please obtain permission from the right holder and follow the rules for secondary works. This site is not responsible for any trouble that may occur.

Question: Can I use this as material for a virtual YouTuber (VTuber)?
No problem. We also offer Live2D modeling of avatars created on our website, so please consider it if you like.

Question: Can I modify or add to the data?

No problem.
We hope you will use it in a good way.

Question: The site doesn't work or I can't save images.

It depends on the device you are viewing the site on, so we cannot guarantee that it will work.
We have optimized the site to be viewed by as many people as possible, but please be aware that it may not work properly in some cases.

Question: The site is not behaving properly, or there is a problem with the display.

Please change your browsing browser to Chrome, enable javascript, and turn off your ad blocker if you have one.
If you have any other problems that depend on your personal browsing environment, we cannot respond to them individually. Please be aware of this.

Question: I haven't received a reply to my inquiry.

Please note that while we do read our e-mails, we cannot guarantee that we will answer or respond to them.

Question: Can I use my work as a character in an application, game, or novel?

No problem. If you are going to make money from selling them, please put a link to CHARAT(https://charat.me/) or credit us in a prominent place so that we can identify the creator.

Question: Can I use this site with Google Adsense or affiliates?

No problem.

Question: Can I distribute it as a membership benefit for YouTube, Twitch, Nico Nico Douga, etc.?

No problem. Please put a link to "CHARAT(https://charat.me/)" in a prominent place so that people can recognize the source.

Question: Can I post my work on pixiv, deviantArt, etc.?

No problem.

Question: Can I use it as a material for nicotalk, Live2D, spine, etc.?

No problem.

Question: Can I use the images for adult contents?

Yes, as long as it is not too extreme.
Please judge the standard by yourself.

Question: Can I post my work on point sites?

If you are using it as a form of communication, there is no problem.
However, please do not post for the purpose of earning points (compensation).

Question: Can I use the avatar (portrait) I made as a reference material to order an illustrator to do a job?

No problem.

Question: Can I publish my avatar as my own work?

Please do not say that the data you created is your own work.
Of course, it is OK if you use it as an image plan.

Question: Can I use the data as a material for Scratch, MOONBlock, Programin, etc.?

No problem.

Question: Can I use it as a mascot character for my company or business?

No problem. However, you cannot register it as a trademark and use it exclusively.

Question: Can I have the parts I want made?

Please send us a reply on Twitter.
We can't promise anything, but we will keep you in mind for future reference.

Question: Can I make original goods and sell them?

Yes, distributing to acquaintances or selling around 10 copies without the purpose of profit recovery is not a problem.
For mass sales or sales through commercial (major) distribution channels, please arrange a licensing agreement with us.

Question: Can I use the avatar I made in IRIAM?

No problem.

Question: Can I make and sell LINE stamps based on the data I created?

If you would like to use an image created on this site for a LINE stamp, you can do so for free by stating in the description of the stamp, "This image was created with CHARAT.".
If you do not include this information, you will be charged a separate license fee.

Question: I want to unsubscribe from the CHARAT mypage.

You can cancel your membership from the Settings tab of My Page.

Question: Can I issue an NFT with the data I created?

Unauthorized issuance or sale of NFTs is strictly prohibited.
If you are interested in developing your business, please contact us using the email form provided by the management company with your budget.
